iFire Responder

Monitoring and guard response, 24/7

Professional monitoring for fire, intruder and CCTV systems, with intelligent alarm verification and a response path agreed for your site. From keyholder notification to professional guard attendance, the point is that something happens when nobody is in the building.

Live 24/7

Monitoring runs around the clock. Our office hours (Mon to Thu 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–2.30pm) cover everything else.

01

The system signals

A fire, intruder or CCTV event is sent from your system to monitoring, whether the building is occupied or empty.

02

The alarm is verified

Where visual verification or camera coverage is available, the activation can be checked before a response is decided.

03

The response path runs

Keyholders are notified, and guard attendance is arranged where that is the agreed response for your site.

What can be monitored

Fire, security and the events in between

Monitoring covers the systems we install and can also take over signalling from systems we did not, once they have been surveyed.

  • Fire detection and alarm signals
  • Intruder and panic alarms
  • CCTV events and visual verification
  • Environmental events such as flood detection

What is agreed for your site

What happens after an activation depends on the site: who is called, in what order, and whether guard attendance forms part of the arrangement. We confirm that in writing before monitoring starts, so there is no assumption about what is included.

Where the answer depends on your building, the honest answer is that we need to see the site. That is a short conversation, not a sales process.

Boundaries

What this page does not promise

Monitoring is a defined service. Being clear about its edges matters more than a slogan.

  • We do not publish engineer response times or guaranteed attendance windows here. Those are contractual terms and are agreed per site.
  • Monitoring is not a substitute for the routine checks a duty holder is responsible for, or for keeping a system maintained.
  • This page is not an emergency channel. If you have an activation, follow the instructions from the monitoring centre for your system.
