How we handle the information you send through this site, and where to read the policy currently in force.
Current policy. The privacy policy in force for iFire UK Limited remains the one published on our existing website. Read it at ifireuk.com/privacy-policy. This page summarises how the new website collects information and will be replaced by an approved policy before launch.
What this website collects
When you submit the quote form we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, site postcode, service required, optional number of sites and any message you write. We also record the page the enquiry came from, the time it was submitted and, where present, campaign parameters in the link that brought you to the site.
Why we hold it
Only to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the work we are asked about. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
Who can see it
Enquiry records are private. They can only be read by authorised iFire staff administrators. Visitors to this website cannot read, list, edit or delete them.
Sensitive information
Do not send alarm codes, passcodes, keyholder details or access instructions through this website. Those are handled over the phone through our existing verified process. See Customer Support.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact admin@ifireuk.com or call 0330 121 1234.

This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising measurement is added before launch, this page will say so and a consent choice will be provided first.
